I hope that you will enjoy my personal views and experiences in the area of cycling, running and general health and wellness.

I encourage you to leave comments that will be shared with other viewers.  Comments that will be positive and inspiring is very much encouraged.  If you do not agree?  That is okay too.  We would love to hear your views as well.  I do not profess to be a doctor.  All that I have written is based on what I have learned through personal research and advice given to me by my health advisors.  This advice is for me alone, but I wanted to share it with you.
